Our client, a Japanese IT and Business Consulting firm is going to set up new office in Hong Kong and looking for professional talents to join their team.

Country Manager -Pre-Sales of IT Consulting Firm


Responsibilities
- Collect client requirements and come up specifications, identify business opportunities;
- Participate in pre-sales activities to provide advisory to assist sales team in generating revenue;
- Be involve in client engagement activities to understand technical needs for the clients' business;
- Tailor solution, competitive and product collateral to the needs of the clients;
- Present solution, conduct demonstration and PoC to clients;
- Tender and proposal writing in respond to clients' requests;
- Knowledge of project lifecycle and processes;
- Assist in the project transition from sales to project delivery team.

Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 3 years experiences in IT Infrastructure, IT consulting firm is must
- Capability to identify, document and articulate the business and technical requirements of a prospective customer during the full sales cycle, proposal, post-sale transition;
- Strong ability to understand and describe solution and architecture and its ability to interoperate with prospective customer IT infrastructures;
- Strong technology background combined with the ability to effectively communicate at all organizational levels (IT, Operations and Executive level);
- Excellent customer facing and presentation skills, writing and quantitative skills, specifically related to proposals, RFI/RFP response and MS PowerPoint presentations;
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, persistence, discipline and a strong desire to succeed, and willingness to do whatever is necessary to win;
- Fluency in English and Mandarin

Compensation & Benefit
- 40-50K
- Double Pay, Bonus
