Our client, a world leading video conferencing solution provider. They are now looking for a right candidate to join their customer service team for Japan client service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer service for Japanese client via telephone and email.
- Facilitates the booking / scheduling of video conferences for client.
- Prepare Customer Support Center daily / weekly reports.
- Resolve any scheduling conflicts and missing information in a professional manner.
Requirement:
- High diploma or above in business administration, IT.
- At least 2 - 3 year customer service in a helpdesk or call center environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in Japanese (N2 or above); and good in English for internal communication.
- Good knowledge of Telecommunications networks and video conferencing is an advantage.
- Good PC knowledge and MS offices skills.
- Attention to details, strong customer-facing communication skills.
Location: Wan Chai

5-days work (10:00am - 6:00pm)
