Our client, a famous Japanese electronic trading company is now looking for the following talent to fulfill their team
Responsibilities:
•To perform general office administration duties, including procurement, courier and postage arrangement, maintenance of office equipment
•Provide general administrative support to Business Units
•Other ad hoc projects as assigned independently.
Requirements
•Higher Diploma, preferably with 2 years working experience
•Good command of English and Japanese, conversational Mandarin
•Self-motivated, cheerful, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills
•Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Japanese WP
•Immediate available is highly preferred
