Beauty Trainer - Cosmetic

Our client, a famous Japanese cosmetic company is now looking for a talent to fill up the team -


Duties 

Identifying training needs; planning, designing, implementing and delivering training programs (such as product knowledge training, selling techniques training, customer services training, personal grooming, and brand philosophy) to our front-line staff and clients, with a special focus in the areas of make-up and skincarePreparing training materials and reportsModifying training materials/ programs according to make-up and skincare trendsConducting workshops and one-to-one consultations according to training needsConducting field coaching Developing effective evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of the training programs, and seeking for continuous improvements on customer services and professional make-up and skincare knowledge.Liaising with the marketing team on all promotional eventsHanding in ad-hoc projects


Requirements:
Diploma or above, with specialist training/ knowledge in make-up application and skincare.At least 5 years solid make-up training experience in the cosmetics & skincare industry Professional training and application skills in makeup and skincare is requiredExperience in organizing, designing and conducting training programs for frontline staff in cosmetics fieldA good team player; quality, details and result oriented; able to inspire front line staff in training sessionsEnergetic, passion for excellence, with strong analytical skills Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and cope with fast-pace make-up and skincare trends.Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with all levels of employees.Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)Good command of PC skills

Admiralty 22-25K 5 days’ work 12 months with discretionary bonus
