Sales & Operations Manager - Cosmetics

Our client, a famous Japanese cosmetic brands is now looking for the following talent to fulfill their team - 


Job Description
-Oversee multiple retail sites and brands -Planning, executing & monitoring the financial performance of the assigned brands including budget planning, sales forecast, product pricing & distribution strategies to achieve optimal results.-Ensure inventory levels of the assigned brands are controlled at the targeted levels during both low and high seasons. -Create, update & organize training manuals for assigned brands.-Perform market research to provide information for marketing plans.-Responsible for forming the sales team, liaise and work closely with them & the retailers -Develop marketing plan and activities to improve sales. -Ensure monthly and yearly target is achieved.
Requirements 
-Bachelor degree holder in Marketing / Communications / Business or relevant disciplines5 years or above management experience in sales & marketing, experience in beauty / cosmetic / make up industry-Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills-Good analytical skill, well-planned and acute market sense-Excellent command of spoken and written skills in Mandarin and English


Package
40K - 50K 5 days’ work 12 months with discretionary bonus
