Work details
Our client: a Japanese design and manufacturing company which is providing Smartphone equipment, is expanding their business and now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping, billing invoice issuing, payment receiving, and ad-hoc duties
- Handle office general affairs, administration and accounting issues
- Daily cash management such as office expenses, payment receiving, issuing cheques & invoices
- Assisting Director and General manager, including secretarial duties
- Frequent communicate with partner factories in Shenzhen by phone and email
Requirements
- 2-3 years experiences of office administration, accounting, or secretary/executive assistant
- Good in handling accounting issues, Detail minded personality
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Japanese speaking is an advantage but not necessary
- Self motivated and Pro-active person is prefered
- Immediately available
