Japanese Speaking Account Executive - Insurance

Our client, a multinational insurance holding company headquartered in Tokyo, Japan is looking for high caliber candidate to join their elite sales team-

Account Manager

Job Responsibilities

· Attract new business by identifying and exploiting opportunities in the local market

· Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients

· Introduce new products and promote them through regular visits and communication with intermediaries

· Increase the profitability of existing product lines by encouraging clients to use added-value services wherever possible

· Consult on the most effective cover for a particular need

· Deliver good customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients

· Assists in any ad hoc projects as assigned 

 


Requirements:



• University degree in finance / economics or other related disciplines preferred

• At least 2-3 years relevant B2B sales  or customer support experience in insurance industry or Japanese company

• Good command of written and spoken Japanese, English and Chinese

• Strong communication and interpersonal skill

• Interest in insurance / finance field



Package:

20K-30K, Double Pay + Discretionary Bonus
