Senior Manager (Finance & IT) - Electronics Trading

Our client, a Japanese sizable trading company is now seeking for the following talent to fill up their team:
Duties 
- Supervise daily finance and accounting operations and to ensure all the operations comply with company internal rules and government law- Handle month-end and year-end account closing process- Prepare financial and management reports periodically- Ensure financial and regulatory reports are accurately prepared and timely submitted to the management, Japan Headquarter, and other regulatory bodies- Liaise with internal departments, bankers and external auditors- Manage all IT activities like resources and project planning, budgeting, compliance, risk management, auditing, etc.- Oversee the operations of IT infrastructure (Servers, networks, storage, backup, virtual environments, security, server room equipment, etc.) in high level of user satisfaction in terms of system availability, reliability, serviceability, security, performance and delivery- Act as project leader to manage IT project plan, timeline and communication across project stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree or above in Accounting, Finance or other business-related discipline- A member of a recognized professional accounting body with at least 10 years of relevant experience, preferable in trading industry- Familiar with IT servers, network, SAP system, etc.- Good managerial skill, analytical mind and able to meet tight deadline- Strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin - PC proficient with strong skills in Microsoft Exce- Immediate availability preferred
Package
45-50K 5 days’ work 13 months with discretionary bonus
