Equity Sales

Summary of the position:






Equity Derivatives sales team in Hong Kong is covering Greater China clients including Banks, Insurance companies and Securities companies on equity derivatives structured product marketing. The role will be heavily involved in structured product origination, development and execution as well as client on-boarding. The candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment covering financial intermediary clients.


Role:




Develop equity solutions business with institutional clients in the greater China region, with a focus on Hong Kong / China, the strategy being to distribute our investment solutions through private banks, securities firms and insurance companies and other third-party distribution channels that we identify.






Main Responsibilities:






Sell Equity Derivatives products focusing on Greater China clients. Strong product knowledge in Equity Derivatives


Effectively handle clients requests; develop new clients and distribution channels; and handle all related issues, communications & business developments with internal stakeholders


Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience






General Skills:






Hold appropriate tertiary business qualifications in a Finance, Quantitative, Mathematics or Financial Engineering discipline


3-8 years relevant sales experience with a strong banking background


fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, English


Good knowledge in equity structured and derivatives products


Excellent inter personal skills and highly motivated


Very good presentation skills oral and written


Able to multitask efficiently and effectively and strong attention to detail
