Our client which is providing business consulting service to Japanese clients across Greater China is now looking for the below position immediately, for their business expansion.
[Job Duties]
- To perform daily accounting duties, including accounts receivable & payable function and bank reconciliations
- To prepare vouchers and general ledger breakdown to support to prepare financial statement
- To handle month end closing and assist in year end audit cooperating with the CPA firm
- To ensure data input in a timely & accurate manner, using accounting management software (Xero)
- to participate in ad hoc office administration assignments when necessary
[Requirements]
- Bachelor or above, Good command in spoken & written in Japanese and English, Mandarin
- Posses LCCI Intermediate certificate must be advantage
- At least 2 years working experience in accounting and administration field is must
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, responsible and hardworking
- Immediately available is preferred
[Package]
16K-18K/month, Double Pay + Discretionary Bonus
5days/week, Transportation allowance, Annual Leave: 10-15 days
