Our client, a famous Japanese electronic trading company is now looking for the following talent to fulfill their team
Responsibilities:
• To perform general office administration duties, including procurement, courier and postage arrangement, maintenance of office equipment
• Provide general administrative support to Business Units
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned independently.
Requirements
• Higher Diploma, preferably with 3 years working experience
• Good command of English and Japanese, conversational Putonghua
• Self-motivated, cheerful, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills
• Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Japanese WP
• Immediate available is highly preferred
