<Job Responsibilities>
- Arrange export and L/C documentation (Japan, China and other foreign countries)
- Follow up shipment according to orders, issue shipping documents and invoices
- Daily communication with foreign customer
- Manage shipping data by internal system
- Responding to inquiries
- Ad hoc duties
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 2 years of work experience in export and L/C documentation as a shipping clerk
- Work experience in daily communication with foreign customer
- Business level of English and Native level of Cantonese
- Knowledge of inventory control, order analysis and placing order are preferable
- Proficient in MS Office
