<Job Responsibilities>
• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the Japanese Managing Director/Top Management
• Manage MD's schedule, attend meeting with MD, provide translation and interpretation (Chinese/English to Japanese)
• Provide housing support to expatriates including apartment arrangement, lease renewal, general repair and maintenance, etc.
• Coordinate regional meetings including travel arrangements and hotel accommodations for overseas guests
• Provide HR and admin support if necessary
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• At least 3 years of secretary experience in a Japanese company
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluent in Japanese (N2 or above), English and Chinese
