自社と関連会社含む下記業務の管理統括が主になりますが、実務的に対応すべき時もあると想定しております。
・契約関連業務(契約書ドラフティング、審査業務等)
・コンプライアンス関連業務(社内規程の策定・管理、社内セミナーの実施、内部通報制度の運営等)
・登記、各種許認可関連業務
・商事法務関連業務
・債権回収や債権管理、訴訟対応業務
・取締役会や株主総会への対応
・内部統制、内部監査 ・内部通報対応
・情報セキュリティ関連
・経営層からの特命案件対応
・外部顧問弁護士や監査法人への対応
・その他関連業務
The main responsibility is to manage and supervise the following duties in the company and its affiliates, however we assume you deal with them practically when necessary.
・Contract-related work (contract drafting, examination, etc.)
・Compliance-related operations (formulation and management of internal regulations, implementation of internal seminars, operation of whistleblowing system, etc.)
・Registration, various permits and licenses
・Commercial legal affairs
・Debt collection, debt management, and litigation handling
・Responding to the Board of Directors and General Meeting of Shareholders
・Internal control and internal audits - Whistleblowing response
・Information security-related
・Responding to special orders from management
・Dealing with external legal counsel and audit firms
・Ad hoc duties
・日本上場企業での法務部門マネージャーとして5年以上の経験
・関連会社含め管理統括できる方
・日本語流暢(N1レベル)
・英語と中国語の能力があれば尚可
・More than 5 years of experience as a Manager/Director level in legal department at listed companies in Japan
・Be able to manage and supervise including affiliated companies
・Fluent level in Japanese (N1 level)
・English and Chinese abilities are advantages
