<Job Responsibilities>
• Liaise with manufacturers under the company’s group
• Liaise with JPHQ, SZ office, and other internal parties regarding production schedule, QCI arrangement, and delivery control
• Handle order inquiries, claims & replacement sample arrangements with customers and suppliers
• Prepare long lead time materials forecast & authorization, generate sales forecast to suppliers
• Process MA liability control, stock clearance, and Debit/Credit notes settlement
• Issue PO and daily documentation
• Update monthly sales report, monitor sales forecast and result
• Provide daily administrative support to the team
• Business trip to China (SZ or GZ, once to twice/month)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• High school or above
• 1-2 years of supply chain/ procurement/ sales support experience
• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2), English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office must be skillful in Japanese input
