Work details
<Job Responsibilities>
・Bookkeeping and data input by Excel
・Handle cash payment and payment management
・Check the payment status from the customers
・Handle some general affairs duties (ex. preparing office equipment)
・Help and support sales (if necessary)
・Participate exhibition activities for help (around 4 times a year)
・Ad-hoc duties
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Good command of written and spoken Japanese (Japanese will be used internally to communicate with the staff from Japan HQ)
・Native level of Cantonese
・Fresh graduate is welcome
・ Proficiency in Microsoft MS (Word, Excel)
・ Responsible and detail-oriented candidate
