<Job Responsibilities>
• Handle full set of shipping documents for Asia Countries, including DN, I/E docs, L/C and bank documents
• Provide Shipping arrangement of products to customers
• Update shipment plan, monthly sales result report, payment list and transportation report and report to department head
• Coordinate with sales/ sales admin /licensing team, warehouse and courier for sample arrangement
• Keep track of shipment schedule to ensure prompt delivery
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma or above
• At least 1 year of shipping experience in a trading company
• Knowledge in TRADELINK declaration
• Proficient in MS office
• Fluent in English and Chinese
