Accounting Manager (F&B)

<Job Responsibilities>
-Full spectrum of accounting functions
-Responsible for set up and review of the financial accounting schedules
-Ensure accounting accuracy and facilitate quality enhancement of bookkeeping
-Drive continuous improvement in financial and management accounting by reviewing business operation reports and compiling review reports and analysis
-Handle general accounting duties in AR, AP, journal entries etc
-Performing daily sales & settlement reconciliation
-Performing payments, cheque issuing, and bank reconciliation
-Preparing vouchers, month end closings accounting schedules in accurate & timely manner
- Responsible for external audit and tax compliance
-Implementing budget forecast and budget controls
-Other ad-hoc duties


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
-Degree in accounting, finance or related disciplines
-5-8 years of experience in accounting, ideally gained from the F&B industry
-Fluent English and Chinese
-Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
-Knowledge or experience in use of Peachtree (Sage50) software is preferable
-Knowledge in ERP, POS system.
-Candidates with CPA, ACCA or equivalent is preferred
