Warehouse Manager

<Job Responsibilities>
• Support management to meet operational targets, and documentation for workflow
• Warehouse management including shipping, receiving, and picking stock. stock control and safety for staff
• Monitor the service quality and asset utilization of the warehouse
• Manage day-to-day delivery operations and manpower resources to ensure delivery in a professional manner and effective way
• Provide specialized fleet technical advice and solutions under regular review of fleet operation needs and manage and educate warehouse staff
• Take initiative on existing system enhancement. Improving workflow, introducing a new warehouse system Participating in various projects such as system development and mass unit testing
• Ad hoc duties


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• At least 3 years of experience as a warehouse assistant manager/manager, sound knowledge of logistics in shipping in the retail industry, and Warehouse and transportation management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills can communicate with all levels of people. A positive thinker, energetic with a strategic mindset, and a good team player.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Able to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and make reports related to the operation
• Introducing or operating a warehouse barcode system
• Highly advantageous if you have a license for truck and forklift
• Work experience in Japanese company will be highly advantageous
