Work details
- Export paperwork duties of our robot equipment, etc. (70%)
・Shipping forwarder selection/ordering Shipping process management
・Preparation of export documents
・Communication and coordination with the production and shipping department
- Parts order document preparation duties at our overseas bases:(30%)
to Thailand, Europe, America, etc.
- Ad hoc duties
- Business level of Japanese (almost all duties are in Japanese)
- Work experience as a sales coordinator in a trading or forwarding company
