【Job Responsibility】
Management of employees in Hong Kong and business progress management with perspective and strategy by coordinating with the Japan HQ.
・Negotiation with the owners of the opening stores
・Business development ex. seeking for a new opening store
・Read P/L report and discuss the direction of the business in Hong Kong with Japan HQ
・Making reports to HQ regularly
・Management of the employees in the Hong Kong branch (including personnel assessment or taking care of employees' work environment by regular 1 on 1 consultation)
・Ad-hoc duties
【Requirements】
・Japanese: Business level (N2 or above + Able to write E-mail & report), English and Mandarin: Business level, Cantonese: Native level
・More than 5 years of management experience
・Work experience in Japanese company
・Work experience in the industry of retail or chain stores is preferable.
・Be able to read P/L
・Good communication skills to keep a good work environment for subordinates
・Personality: Considerate, independent and reliable
・Willing to perform business trips in the future (ex. Asia or Southeast Asia)
