<Job Responsibilities>
• Lead the team to develop strategic directions
• Identify business growth opportunities, develop business cases and participate in decision-making, able to connect with internal and external stakeholders to formulate a strategy
• Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions to develop a long-term strategy
• Keep track of the market, competitors, and customer trends
• Travel to overseas countries and look for potential new business//investment opportunities
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Fluent in Japanese and English/Chinese
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate planning/strategic planning/market analysis/business planning
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to write and present analysis reports. Interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Visa Sponsorship provided
