Work details
Job Descriptions:
• Handle full set of Account
• Input transaction records in ERP system
• Update the ledger (GL, AR, AP, etc.)
• Perform month-end closing
• Month-end consolidated report to Japan headquarters
• Arrange payment by internet-banking/petty cash/cheque
• Arrange payroll and relevant reports
• Prepare accounting schedule and management report
• Liaison with internal logistics department/Vendors/Customers relating to accounting tasks
• filing of documents of accounting department (both soft and hard copies)
• provide general administrative and clerical support to Manager
• other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
• Assist in annual audit, warehouse stock-taking, and prepare relevant reports
Requirements :
• Diploma holder in Accounting, with LCCI Level 2, with 2+ years relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Chinese word Processing
• Native Cantonese, good command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin, with knowledge in Japanese is an advantage
• Experience in using ERP system
• Able to work efficiently, and accurately
• Good analytical mind, well-organized, responsible, independent and able to meet tight schedules
• Pleasant personality with positive working attitude, and trustworthy
• Immediate available is highly preferable
