Job Responsibilities>
• Handle full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL)
• Prepare accounting vouchers, data entries, document filing
• Process payments and reconcile invoices
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Assist with audit, forecasts, and other fiscal planning
• Purchase office supplies (Stationeries, water, stamp, etc)
• Courier arrangement
• Hotel and flight reservation
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• LCCI or above
• At least 3 years of accounting experience in a trading company
• Fresh Graduate WELCOME
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel
• Fluent in Chinese and English
• Japanese speaker preferred
