Job Description:
• Marketing
- Developing and executing the marketing strategy and plan, with the objective to build the awareness and affinity of our brands, and strengthen their positioning in our markets.
- Overseeing marketing strategy of social media and website content.
- Organizing the installation and collateral materials for trade shows, promotions, mall events and popup events.
- Using best attempt to ensure the value of brands are upkept at each and every trade or consumer-facing opportunity.
- Manage all mascot appearances to ensure top brand quality is maintained.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds effectively.
- Evaluating and reporting on competitor brands activity to enhance our performance.
• Developing and executing the retail business strategy.
- Understanding the demands of the market, recommend and co-ordinate the optimal product assortment for retail opportunitieswith the objective of maximizing sales revenue.
- Evaluate, recommend and lead the discussion with prime distribution channels to maximize brand and product exposure.
• Business development
- Work with sales team to maximize sales and profit.
- Research and recommend new brands which may be suitable for adding to the company’s portfolio.
• Brand assurance
- Acting as the key BA management person to facilitate brand owners’ approval of submissions from licensees.

• Education – University Degree
• Work Experience
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in sales or marketing fields.
Experience with licensing, FMCG industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge/Skills
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel, in person, in writing as well as on the telephone.
- Must be a strong team player.
- Must be able to pay close attention to detail.
- Must possess excellent organization skills.
- Must possess high integrity to maintain confidentiality at all times regarding confidential and business information obtained by virtue of the post.
- Must be able to work well under time constraints.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities, communicating changes in scope and schedule to all parties concerned.
- Must be service-oriented.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including possible overtime, when necessary.
- Good command of spoken and written English, hopefully Cantonese and Mandarin.
- High proficient in Microsoft applications e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
