<Job Responsibilities>
・Handle sales order processing activities for before and after sales services, checking and processing the orders in a timely manner
・Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
・Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
・Compiling monthly sales reports and other data input related to sales.
・Expediting orders through internal liaison.
・Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
・Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
・Supporting the sales team with other administrative tasks, if requested.
・Ad hoc duties
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Work experience as a sales administration for more than 2 years
※a person who has experience in food industry is welcome
・Experience with industry software such as HubSpot CMR, Freshsales, or similar.
・Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
・Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
・Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
・Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
・Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
・Communication skills in English
