<Job Responsibilities>
• Coordinate with all manufacturers under the company’s Group
• Liaise with the SZ office, JPHQ, and other related parties regarding product schedule, QCI arrangement, and delivery control
• Handle order inquiries, claims & replacement sample arrangements with customers and suppliers
• Prepare long lead time materials forecast & authorization, and sales forecast to suppliers
• Process MA liability control, stock clearance, and Debit/Credit notes settlement
• Issue PO and daily documentation
• Update monthly sales report, monitor sales forecast and result
• Provide daily administrative support to the Purchase team
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• At least 1 year of procurement experience
• Good command of both written and spoken Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), English, and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
• Willing to travel to offices or factories in China (mainly SZ or Dongguan) once to twice per month
