Job Description
• Provide proactive support to our sales team
• Prepare and follow up sales orders and purchase orders, daily replenishment, item master system creation and maintenance, and related documents
• Prepare regular sales and inventory reports
• Work closely with internal departments and customers to ensure smooth operations
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
• Diploma or above with min. 2 years of working experience
• Self-motivated, hardworking, responsible & willing to learn
• Good communication skill and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Excel & Word processing is a MUST
• Business trips to China (Shenzhen, Dongguan, GZ factory) around twice a week (day trip) are required
• Immediate available is preferred
