Job Responsibilities
• Provide full spectrum secretarial and administrative support to Managing Director;
• Prepare meeting minutes, reports, presentations, business correspondences and documentation system to the CEO;
• Organize the daily calendars and coordinate various meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
• Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas; compile documents for travel-related meetings and complete expense reports
• Coordinate and liaise with different parties, including but not limited to internal departments and external business corporations
• Attend meetings and business trips
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required
【Must Requirements】
• With 2 years or above relevant work experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent Cantonese, Japanese (JLPTN2 level), English and Mandarin is required.
• Frequent travel to overseas are needed
• Immediate available is highly preferred
