<Job Responsibilities>
• Liaise with the warehouses in Hong Kong
• Manage incoming and outgoing flows of electronic components from manufacturers in China
• Create accurate Warehouse Orders, smoothen the packaging process, and create case marks for the warehouses
• Compose monthly billing reports, transportation fee reports, and inventory reports
• Negotiate the price with the warehouses
• Visit the warehouses 1-2 times/month
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor’s degree holder preferred
• Fluent in English and Chinese, Japanese ability is an advantage
• At least 2 years of relevant experience gained from a Japanese company
• Proficient in MS Office
