Assistant Manager - Engineer

- Communicate with suppliers and customers for new product development,
- Responsible for project follow-up and product development
- Maintain clear record of product development
- Lead the development team to meet customer requirements and product specifications
- Responsible for OEM and ODM projects from initial product design, fabrication of functional prototype, and generate solutions to problems encountered in mass production (plastic injection molding, production line, pre-lab test, reliability test, etc.)
- Liaise with customers throughout product development, generate proposals to meet customer’s objectives and changes
- Assist distributor and retails in after-sales services, provide technical support and technical problem solving.
- Ad hoc duties

- Diploma holder or above with 5-10 years of working experience of engineer duties of timepieces or low voltage appliances or equivalent
- Background : Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (HD is also acceptable)
- Hardworking, responsible, with self-initiative as well as a team player
- Language: Business level of English and Mandarin (Japanese is not necessary)
- Job will be based in HK, but require to travel to China (Shenzhen, Dongguan, GZ factory) around twice a month (day trip)
