Japanese Speaking Sales Manager （Management Trainee）営業幹部候補

<Job responsibilities/業務内容>

- Liaise with local Japanese customers and Japan HQ sales offices to develop and manage customized project development including provide project quotation, follow up with sample approval, order confirmation, procurement, complaints handling, etc.
- Work closely with Sales team in Japan HQ and General Manager to ensure successful project launch.
- Report to General Manager or Japan HQ
- Handle and meet the customer’s demand about Quality control in their hardware products (main products are optical lenses).
- Handle and manage order from client and data entry for customer information.
- Responding to problems that occur at customers (issue reports& set up improvement measures).
- Ad- hoc duties
※Duties needed to be in charge in near future.
- Train subordinates, assign their duties and evaluate their performance.
- Estimate and built business plan according to financial report.


- 現地日系顧客や日本営業所と連携して、プロジェクトの見積もりの提供、サンプル承認のフォローアップ、注文確認、調達、苦情処理など、カスタマイズされたプロジェクト開発を開発および管理
-本社営業チームや ゼネラルマネージャーと緊密に連携して、プロジェクトの立ち上げを確実に成功させる
-ゼネラルマネジャーや日本本社への報告
- 中国と日本のメーカー(本社または工場)の注文によって分析された販売計画を作成
- ハードウェア製品の構造や品質管理を把握し、お客様の要望に対応(主な製品は光学レンズ)
- クライアントからの注文の処理と管理、顧客情報のデータ入力
- 顧客で発生した問題への対応(課題報告・改善策の設定)
- その他関連業務

<Requirement/必須条件>

- At least 5 years of to B sales experience, preferably in related optical components or electronic components manufacturing industry.
- Strong commercial sense in key account management with good negotiation and communication skills.
- Business level of Japanese, English and Mandarin skill.
- Proficient MS Office skill (especially Excel skill）
- Eager to be in management position and be able to analyze financial report.
- 3-4 times per month China and 2-3 times per year Taiwan or Japan business trip when required.
