<Job Responsibilities>
• Handle full set of Import/ Export Documents and customs declaration
• Follow up on orders and arrange shipment schedules
• Liaise with the sales team, clients, and forwarders (Carriers/Airlines)
• Warehouse-related duties
• Ad hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• High school or above
• At least 3 years of shipping experience in the electronics industry
• Able to communicate in Chinese and English, Japanese ability is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Familiar with the OnePort System and Incoterms preferred
