Work details
Job responsibilities:
- Mainly for China shipment document preparation.
- Handling Carnet and consignment arrangements;
- Cooperate with other departments for shipment arrangement;
- Responsible for inventory control and distribution;
- Handle ad-hoc assignments if required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience as a logistic professional, preferably in shipping or forwarder companies;
- Experience in handling Carnet and consignment arrangements;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
- Able to work flexibly and under pressure;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill;
- A team player with initiative and positive attitude. self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented.
