<Job Responsibilities>
• Search, propose, and negotiate the best rental for new store locations
• Conduct in-depth site analysis, market research, and cost benchmarking for lease renewal and new lease evaluation
• Exchange of license application with the advisory company (new store opening)
• Property contract check, document management
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma or above
• At least 2 years of leasing experience gained from the F&B industry preferred
• FRESH GRADUATES WILL ALSO BE CONSIDERED
• Fluent in English and Chinese, Japanese ability is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
