<Job Responsibilities>
• Prepare POs and packing lists
• Coordinate with clients in China
• Coordinate with the factories in Japan, China, and Singapore
• Liaise with forwarders and warehouse on delivery arrangements to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare production forecast and conduct inventory control
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Diploma or above
・Fluent in English and Mandarin, Conversational Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)
・At least 2 years of Sales Coordinator experience in a Japanese company
・Proficient in MS Office
・Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
