<Job Responsibilities>
• Provide a full range of HR services including C&B, Recruitment and Staff Training, Performance Management, and Employee Management
• Handle full sets of payroll administration including payroll process, MPF, and taxation
• Handle regular HR projects such as headcount planning, annual salary review, bonus payment, etc.
• Responsible for updating and reviewing HR policies and procedures are compliant with relevant laws and regulations
• Prepare monthly HR report
• Liaise with the headquarters and regional offices in China
• Handle administrative duties and liaise with IT vendors

• 管理香港人力資源相關事務,包括:招聘、薪酬和福利、員工關係、績效、人才保留和發展等,確保相關政策符合法規和合規要求
• 提供針對薪酬和福利的市場基準指導及建議,與中國總部人事部門合作,建立並完善香港公司薪酬與福利體系
• 建設與完善人事制度、更新員工手冊、並與香港法律顧問合作
• 管理有關供應商, 包括供應商甄選,引進,系統上線等
• 協助員工辦理簽證等事務,為出差員工提供支援
• 負責香港分公司行政管理工作,年節/活動/日常物料採購
• 其他相關人力資源事務
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• At least 5 years of HR experience in a Chinese company preferred
• Fluent in Chinese and English
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations
• Proficient in MS Office(Excel, Pivot table)
• IANG visa holder welcome!

• 有中國企業香港分公司工作經驗者最佳,電商或供應鏈行業經驗最佳
• 精通普通話與粵語
