<Job Responsibilities>
• Look for new raw material suppliers in Southeast Asia(China, Thailand, Vietnam)and negotiate the price
• Confirm the T&C with JP HQ and obtain approval
• Order processing, shipping, and Inventory management
• Coordinate with Chinese suppliers and JP HQ and make sure the QC requirements are fulfilled
• Visit suppliers in China to perform QA&QC checks after COVID(Shenzhen/Guangzhou once per month, Pekin/Qinghai 3-4 times per year)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma holder or above
• At least 3 years of purchasing/merchandising experience
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2 or above), English, and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
