<Job Responsibilities>
・Handle HR & admin duties of the Hong Kong branch, such as compensation and benefit, answering phone call and purchasing office stationery (50%)
・Liaise and supervise overseas branches(ASEAN) regarding HR issues such as designing and explaining the latest HR policy, approving the new headcount, supervising the appraisal meeting(50%)
・Handle company news letter, staff training etc.
・Make report, translation duty. English to Japanese, Japanese to English
・Support Manager
・Manage and update employees personal information
・Ad-hoc duty
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Diploma holder or above
・Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N1), English
・At least 5 years of HR experience
・Proficient in MS Office
・Good communication skills and possess assertiveness
