<Job Responsibilities>
• Supervise and educate the subordinates
• Implement and explain HR & Admin policies
• Support the Japanese expatriates in Hong Kong such as visa/HKID application, opening bank accounts, arranging flights, hotels, and PCR tests, arranging company apartments, mobile phones, and body check
• Maintain tenancy agreement record for the office and company apartments and vendor service(mobile phone) agreements
• Arrange meetings, attend meetings and take minutes for Japanese staff
• Translation and interpretation (Japanese/English/Chinese)
• Handle general administrative duties such as maintaining the cleanliness of the office and handling payment requests, arranging office renovation, and organizing company events
• Other Adhoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• At least 5 years of experience in an administrative/ secretarial role gained from a Japanese company
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2 or above), English, and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
