<Job Responsibilities>
• Assist the QA team in handling documents, such as test data and results, records, meeting minutes, and drawing
• Liaise with the HQ in Japan and make sure the documentation is in accordance with HQ's guidelines
• Prepare monthly reports
• Assist in general administrative duties such as arranging meetings for the team
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Associate degree or above
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N1), English, and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge of printers would be an advantage
• At least 1 year of sales administrative experience preferred
• Fresh graduate welcome
