<Job Responsibilities>
• Prepare and follow-up POs
• Prepare shipping documents
• Coordinate with internal clients in Japan
• Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, and warehouse on delivery arrangements to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare reports and conduct inventory control
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• High school or above
• Fresh graduate welcome
• Experience in a Japanese electronics company is an advantage
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2 or above), English and Chinese preferred
• NON-JAPANESE SPEAKERS WILL ALSO BE CONSIDERED
