Our client, a business advisory firm is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Job Description
•Maintain and review the Group’s Legal/HR/General Admin system
•Responsible for review, formulation and implementation of group HR policies & procedures, in compliance with Labor Ordinance in Hong Kong and related law and regulations overseas;
•Responsible for maintenance of legal check process to control legal documents in Hong Kong and overseas;
•Responsible for group recruiting strategies by strengthening group in-house recruiting capabilities and improve staff retention;
•Handle Business selection (background check, conflict check, and reference check) for new client, new joiner, and new vendor;
•Handle Group Whistle-blower system for purpose of detecting and correcting the conduct which violates laws, internal rules or corporate ethics;
•Responsible for group device management to protect personal information properly;
•Handle various staff enquiries and provide professional HR solution; and
• Responsible for compliance laws and regulations and manage Group Compliance Committee at least once every quarter.
Requirements
•Bachelor’s Degree in law, Commerce, Business Administration or other related discipline;
•Excellent command of both written and spoken English;
•Working experience in Legal or Human Resources or Business Administration; and
•Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline, well-organized, responsible, self-motivated, willing to learn, detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
