VP Loan Syndication- Corporate Finance

Our client, a multinational commercial bank, is now looking an experienced candidate to join their team: 


Responsibilities:


• Originate, structure, execute and distribute syndicated loans
• Prepare financing proposal, information memorandum and financial projection
• Review and negotiate loan documents
• Share the unit’s administration works


Requirements:


• University graduate in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline
• With 6-8 years’ solid experience in the marketing or credit analysis duties of corporate banking, preferably with 2-3 years’ exposure in syndicated lending
• Good analytical, problem solving and report writing skills
• Ability to learn fast and work under pressure 
• Strong communication skills 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (fluency in Mandarin is preferred)
