Our client, a famous toy trading company is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their company:
Job duties
• Assist the senior in handling sales administrative work
• Prepare and draft sales contract
• Answer vendors’ enquiries via email and phone
• Data entry and filing
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements
• 2 year sales supporting experience in trading company, preferably in toy industry
• Friendly, self-motivated with team spirit
• Sound PC knowledge, proficiency in MS Office
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
