Corporate Finance Manager - Logistics

Our client, a leading logistics company, is now looking for a Corporate Financial Manager with following requirements - 


Responsibilities:


• Supervise a team of accounting staff to perform daily accounting operation, report to the team head (CFO)
• Take responsibility for accounting entries, accounts payable, payroll, internal analysis, monthly performance data reporting, etc.
• Assist with consolidations of subsidiaries including international locations
• Prepare account analysis and reconciliations that include multi-currency accounts
• Review payment settlement, vouchers, and monthly management accounts.
• Liaise with operation teams of preparing management analysis and reviewing budget variance.
• Assist in developing best practice and internal control over financial reporting
• Handle ad hoc report and assignments from management.


Requirements:


• Diploma/Degree in Accounting is preferable 
• CPA holder
• 10+ years of relevant accounting experience, ideally with the Logistics/Freight industry background
• More than 5 years of  International subsidiary accounting and consolidation experience is a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power point
• Business level in Mandarin and English
• Attention to detail and have problem solving skills
• Ability to keep a positive attitude and excels in a time-sensitive, deadline driven environment
• Team player, works well within a group, happy to take on responsibilities outside your role when needed
