Our client, a financial consulting firm, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Sales Assistant (Japanese Speaking)
Responsibilities:
• To assist a Japanese General Manager and Sales Team.
• To handle client order confirmation.
• To handle data input / operation works, pick up phone calls.
• Ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
• University or high diploma graduate.
• 1~2 years relevant working experience.
• Previous work experience in Equity or related industry will certainly is an advantage.
• SFC License 1 holder or passed HKSI Paper 1 is must.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Business Japanese speaking level (JLPT N2), fresh graduate also be consider
• Excellent in Excel, Word, PowerPoint is must.
• Good communication skills with strong sense of responsibility.
• Well-organised, detail-minded and able to work independently.
• Immediate available is preferred.
