Responsibilities
• Develop the Group’s performance management system, as well as the yearly, quarterly and monthly objectives and plans
• Work closely with the company’s key stakeholders and senior management; advise the different business units on setting up and implementing performance management system
• Responsible for conducting performance appraisal exercise for middle to senior management of the Group
• Define the areas of evaluation for some key positions and formulate the staff motivation policies
• Set up the Performance Appraisal Information System, so as to provide data and turn into insights for formulating upcoming human resources policies
• Prepare performance appraisal report and conduct analysis, implement training and development plans based on the performance appraisal results. implement training and development plans based on the performance appraisal results
• Continue to improve on and give recommendations on the existing performance management system and staff motivation and human resources policies
• Handle any other ad hoc tasks as assigned
• has the project experience of implementing BSC or KPI performance management system in large and medium-size manufacturing or retail enterprises
Requirements
• Degree in Human Resources Management with at least 5 years’ experience in HR, with 3 years Performance Management Experience
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Well versed in MS office applications & Chinese Word Processing
• Self-initiative and detail minded with good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Mature, able to manage a multi tasks effectively and efficiently, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Enjoy working in a startup structure with fast development, have a strong level of autonomy and flexibility, are proactive and able to work under pressure
• Has the experience of working in mainland China would be a plus
