Our Client, a Financial Services Company is looking for the candidate with the following requirements:
Job Responsibilities:-
To perform assistant duties including handling incoming calls, answering enquiries, arrange courier documents;
To support day-to-day office administration, such as preparing application documents, fill customer’s information into application documents, sending documents, checking customer’s information
To provide clerical support to administration and other departments
Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor
Requirement:
F.5 or above
Pleasant, self-initiative & with good telephone manner,
1-2 years working experience
Able to communicate in Cantonese, Mandarin, English and Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)
Self-motivated, responsible, reliable, hardworking & detailed oriented
Proficiency in using MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
