Job Description
- Promote OTB, GP management, competitive market analysis, continuous improvement of purchase and sales lifecycles, including sales and inventory
- Develop departmental and retail store strategy/purchase plans and prioritize based on set sales directions and company goals to achieve relevant KPIs such as sales budget, sales or discounts, etc.
- Identify and develop appropriate sales proposals based on competitive discounts and promotional strategies to improve overall profitability
- Work with retail, PR and marketing and visual marketing teams to promote based on purchase plans and strategies
- Participate in shop opening and business development projects
- Perform any ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
-Degree holder in business, merchandising or similar field
-8 years related experience, and at least 3 years of managerial experience
-Experience in fashion apparel industry, preferably in fast fashion
-Strong fashion sense, detail-oriented with good analytical and reporting skill
-Good supervisory skills, strong communication, well-organized and problem solving skills
-Good in spoken and written English, Mandarin & Cantonese, Japanese is an advantage
-Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Vlookup and Pivot table).
